Gorge concert house, fish, hot tub, golf & pool

Hot tub, smoker, grill, deck misters, 2 bikes, boat & trailer parking, ac. We have one of the largest green yards - it is perfect as our kids run all day. Our house is in a nice area with a view of the river- 1 mile. Kids can ride their bikes to park. We live in Seattle so this is the kind of childhood we want to offer. Sugarloaf Vineyards Hill House is a beautiful home located on a Hilltop above our vineyards. The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Centrally located, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, our Desert Aire home is an open and comfortable 1350 square foot house located conveniently to the golf course, boat launch, and tennis courts. Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

Fantastic country home sitting with an incredible view that overlooks the red mountain. A quiet neighborhood, centrally located, just minutes from anywhere, wineries, boating and river rafting are all within a couple of miles. This home is newer, very clean and nicely furnished, master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second and third bedroom also have a queen bed, Washer and dryer in home. Everything provided for a comfortable stay, with outdoor table and small BBQ.
