In the heart of Paris's 13th district, we are your host in his town house on Paris's left Bank.The Paris Bed & Breakfast is a place of warm and welcoming hospitality which is opened all year round.We welcome you into our luminous, warm and friendly home, a place both charming and discrete, in a quiet residential area.The room "Rive Gauche" at the first floor is 13 square meters.The room may be suitable for 2 persons if your suitcases are not too bulky .Baudelaire will help you get to sleep.

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also cas that live with them

Idéal pour les transferts : Aéroport Roissy CDG (15min), journée au Parc Astérix (10 min), parc des expo Villepinte (20min) ou la visite de notre capitale (30 min). La gare RER D de Louvres à 3,5 kms. Petit-déjeuner sur demande. Navette gare de Louvres et/ou aéroport possible sur demande en supplément de 5€ à 40€ selon la destination. Bienvenue dans notre duplex sous les toits, climatisé, avec une vue imprenable sur Notre Dame et la Seine ! Il faut monter 3 étages à pied mais le balcon sur lequel vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner en admirant la cathédrale sera votre récompense ! Entièrement équipé et meublé d'antiquités, notre appartement logera 4 invités avec un lit queen size et un canapé convertible très comfortable. Nous sommes très disponibles pour faire que votre séjour reste inoubliable !

Room with terrace overlooking the Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre in large 250 m² duplex apartment. Metro 300m away, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées nearby. Quiet and secure environment. We can see the Eiffel Tower from the dining room... Possibility offered to guests of the room with terrace to rent a small adjacent room to accommodate a child over 10 years old (55€/night) Important ... Please pick up the keys imperatively between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm (6:30 pm)

Magnifique vue Tour Eiffel studio & balcon privés

L'appartement est divisé en 2 hébergements fermant chacun avec sa clé L'entrée de l'appartement est commune aux 2 hébergements. L'hébergement des voyageurs avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel n'est pas partagé, c'est comme un studio avec balcon. Il y a un espace chambre avec un lit Queen size, 1 armoire-penderie, lampadaires, cuisine équipée et petit espace douche. Le WC est en face la chambre. Au balcon : 1 table et 2 chaises, un espace est réservé au jardinage.

Agréable chambre à Gournay

Maman vivant avec mes 2 enfants et un petit chien très gentil, je loue une chambre de 9 m2. La chambre est composée d’un lit convertible de 1 à 2 personnes, d’un bureau et d’une étagère. Vous aurez accès à la salle d’eau, à la cuisine, au séjour et au jardin. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Le thé et le café sont à disposition. Ma maison se situe dans une résidence clôturée , à 5 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus en centre-ville.
