The Coral Cottage

You will be close to everything when you stay at this Manitou Beach Village home. Located right in the heart of the village across the street from dining, tavern, shopping, cafe. Public swimming area two minute walk. Public boat launch to all sports Devil’s Lake within half mile. Queen beds in each bedroom and a full and a queen in the loft. Couch with fold out Queen air mattress. Dishwasher, disposal, gas range, microwave, toaster, full size fridge and granite counters. 1.5 baths large shower.

Old West Side Studio Near Michigan Stadium

Welcome to Ann Arbor's Old West Side! Enjoy a cozy retreat to relax, work or play in. Our private entrance, studio/efficiency is one mile from the Michigan Stadium (6-min drive/ 22-min walk) and a short walk to bus stops, shops, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, parks, and wooded areas. Convenient to I-94 or M-14, minutes to downtown Ann Arbor. Space includes a queen bed, a day bed (used as a twin/king), living/dining/workspace areas and a full, large bathroom. Family/LGBTQ friendly.

This private home features a spacious yard on All Sports Clark Lake. There is enough bed space for 20+ people in the 2300 square foot 3 level house with balconies on each level. The lake provides numerous amenities, including The Eagles Nest Restaurant, The Beach Bar, and a marina. Local boat and bike rentals are available nearby. Additionally, Doyle's, a party store, is conveniently located nearby. The house also offers access to the 7-mile Spirit Trail, which loops around the lake.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks (the fishing is awesome here!) and 1 paddle board. Outside you will find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water/ice. After a nice day on the water the 65 inch Samsung TV and 7 speaker surround sound are ready for a movie night
