The River House, Custom Designed House on River

Welcome to The River House. Nestled along the Sturgeon River close to the heart of Indian River. This custom designed house features an open studio floor plan, with a queen bed and fold out sofa available. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

Clink's Cabin-Indian River Retreat

Clink's cabin is comfortable and close to lake access, State park, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile trails, wineries, and lots of area attractions. 1.2 miles to state park with public boat launch. 1.3 miles to Devoe beach/veterans pier. Snowmobile trail entrance .25 mile Within 30 minutes to everything Northern Michigan!! Mackinac Island, Petoskey, Burt Lake, Mullet Lake, Crooked Lake, Cheboygan Entire home is cleaned and disinfected between all stays. Check out my guidebook

Reed's on the River Cabin 8

Beautiful cabin located at Reed's on the River Resort on the beautiful Sturgeon River. Built in the 1940's. Remodeled in 2024. Private bedroom w/full bath, second bathroom, kitchen, & stone fireplace. Second queen size bed full size futon round out the living room space. The cabin The Sturgeon River is well known tubing, kayaking and fishing . We will be available for any needs. We are very pet friendly but a pet policy and a pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, with a maximum fee of $250

It’s perfect for the couple who want a getaway with plenty of opportunity for adventures but also a comfortable and stylish space to relax.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located in the heart of Indian River on the banks of the Little Sturgeon River. You are just a 30 minute drive from Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Boyne Highlands, or Nub's Nob. It is a 40 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. We are about half mile from downtown, the state boat launch, Marina Park, and the North Central Trail System. We do not charge a pet fee or cleaning fee.

Burt Lake Waterfront Hideaway

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets.
