Set within 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in Cornwall's AONB, this boutique Victorian farmhouse is perfectly placed to explore Cornwall's spectacular coastlines.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Stone House, Dartmoor Set down a long sweeping drive in the middle of it's own stunning parkland grounds of three acres, is this beautiful detached country house with extra cabin bedroom. Sleeps max 14 in four main bedrooms plus a sofabed in the playroom and double bed plus daybed in the cabin building. Ideal for two/three families or big family gatherings.
