You’ll have city views to the south and it’s a stone’s throw to Victoria street for shopping, drinking or dining, a 9 min walk to get the ferry to the city, and a 15-20 min walk to some of Devonport’s famous beaches. It’s an older space but is cosy + comes with a heat pump, internet enabled TV, small dining table, and WiFi. Perfect for couples or singles after a central, quality retreat in the North Shore’s best suburb.

Welcome to HobsonVilla, a charming, self-contained studio with its own entrance - suits one or two people. Parking for 1 small/med car (up to about 3.5m). This beautiful oasis in Hobsonville is less than 2 minutes drive from motorway on-ramps travelling North or South and easy access to West Auckland, Whenuapai, Kumeu (10 mins) and the Waitakere Ranges. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Upper Harbour Bridge which connects Hobsonvile to the North Shore, including Greenhithe and Albany.

A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Our home is the ideal place to stay - freshly renovated, so quiet and peaceful, comfortable beds, best location. You will be close to everything in Devonport - only 5 mins walk to beach, village shops, playgrounds, supermarket, ferry and Mt Victoria. PEACEFUL sunny warm home, quiet and relaxed setting, open plan living with open doors to courtyard. Big garden out the back and outdoor courtyard at the front FAMILY FRIENDLY Garden has swings, monkey bar climbing frame and trampoline.

Enjoy this 2 bedroom self contained space with a kitchenette, patio and large garden. (Bottom half of a villa, with private entrance and no access to upstairs. Please note: we do live upstairs with young children) Central Devonport is an easy walk with many cafes and a beautiful waterfront walk. restaurants. The ferry gives you very easy access to the city or islands. Longer bookings may need washing done, l am happy to oblige. Free parking on the street

A separate cottage, on a back section surrounded by trees and bird song. Off street parking for one car. Recently fully refurbished to a high standard. Outdoor dining area with barbque. Off street parking for one car. 5 minutes by car, a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride into Devonport where you can catch the ferry into the city. A five minute walk to Stanley Bay beach or even less to a public park. A slice of paradise away from the maddening crowds.
