I want you to feel like it’s your home away from home :) The entrance to the apartment is on street level with and entrance foyer/ corridor before taking the beautiful old renovated staircase to the first floor. This first level of the house is accessible for exclusive guests use. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Restaurants and shops are close by, while the Central Business District and the V&A Waterfront are a long walk or short drive away, and Clifton Beach not much further. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Nestled amidst treetops on the slopes of Signal Hill, braai on the deck or curl up on the couch in front of the log-fired stove and soak in views of Table Mountain. Then fall asleep in a heavenly bedroom to twinkling lights of the city far below. In the morning, the Nespresso machine awaits followed by hiking and biking trails right on your doorstep. Delis, shops and restaurants are only a 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive, away - but safe, secluded, and immersed in nature.
