Find space to recharge in an minimalist custom design historic home. Rejuvenate the senses in an aesthetically soothing space with a monochrome theme, a blend of contemporary and classic finishes, original art throughout, and mountain views. The sublime architecture of the house makes this space unique and extremely pleasant to live. The area is super safe and full of awesome restaurants and bars. The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Walk to V&A Waterfront from a Luxury Green Point Apartment
The apartment has spectacular views of the city & harbour and is decorated in an eclectic style with modern finishes & everything you would require to enjoy your visit to Cape Town. High quality beds and linen, uncapped fiber wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer aircon and Nespresso machine. Walking distance to the trendy De Waterkant and very close to the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point promenade and a range of upmarket shops & restaurants. The complex is secured and has a 24/hour security guard on duty. Your car can be safely parked in the garage next to the apartment. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher for your convenience. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The apartment is located on the border of Green Point and De Waterkant with many trendy restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe for walking around. Cape Town has a very efficient Uber system, if you don't have your own transport. Generally you don't wait more than 3 minutes for an Uber. The MyCity bus stop is just down the road and can be used to get around Cape Town and surrounds. Personally, if it is just too far to walk, we prefer to use Uber (which you can download on your phone once you get to the apartment) - even if you have a car, it is much easier to have a driver and to not have to worry about finding parking!

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

The property is close to restaurants and shops, while the CBD and the renowned V&A Waterfront are both only 2 kilometres away. Free parking in the street is available. Uber is inexpensive and a great way of getting around Cape Town.
