A self contained air conditioned apartment with separate entry and parking, a large bedroom with a walk in robe and ensuite. Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

My apartment is warm & inviting. The bedroom is luxurious with a beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry & leafy back yard, bbq and alfresco kitchen. The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay
