The Guelph Depot

Come visit our historic 1887 train depot-this beautiful building has undergone a full-force renovation for guests to create memories to last a life time. The Depot is two stories w/ 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second story. The spacious dining room, kitchen and living room are open concept to enjoy easy entertaining & conversation, whether it be a bridal shower or hunting crew! A great place for large groups, with access to heated dog kennels and wild game cleaning shed.

Foster House - A Gathering Place

The historic Foster House is one of the oldest homes in Oakes. The Foster House was built by a doctor in the late 1800s and the basement was used as an office for his practice. Later in the 40's the house was purchased by A.O. Foster, the owner of the first car dealership in Oakes as well as a gas station. Lodge is located in Ludden ND. We are right along the ND/SD border. Regardless if it's hunting, family, or work that brings you to our area, this lodge will work perfectly. Located right by Hyatt Slough and Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge. This area is known for waterfowl, pheasant, and whitetail hunting. If any questions come up, we are also a licensed Hunting Outfitter in North Dakota.

Enjoy peace and quiet in the country near beautiful Pheasant Lake. Do you need a little SPACE? Area 51 at Pheasant Lake has amazing views through large windows of the surrounding countryside. You can see the Applied Digital complex from the patio but you're still worlds away. We have an acre of land with a fenced backyard. Two decks to enjoy the outdoors. It is very private.

Enjoy a private room with queen bed in a large 1350 sq ft house. Shared living area includes kitchen, living room and laundry.
