Частная парковка, круглосуточная охрана, камеры видеонаблюдения, детская площадка. Благоустроенная территория с ландшафтным дизайном, 2 беседки с мангалом на 10 человек и на 15 человек. Ежедневная уборка дома со сменой полотенец и постельного белья. Администратор, который находится в комплексе 24/7, с радостью встретит гостей и поможет разместиться.
