Looking out from the Castillo terrace, in front of you lies the ancient volcanic Apoyo lake. In the distance, you can see the Mombacho volcano, Lake Nicaragua, the city of Granada and the Isletas ,and sometimes Concepcion.

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. As the house is located at +550 mts above sea level. It has the perfect climate. Chilly at night (you might want to use thin blanket and wear a vest) and during the day you are perfectly of in shorts and a t-shirts without being hot or cold ( about 22 degrees Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit).
