Garden Suite

This light-filled, quiet and private Garden Suite is an extension of the house, with a separate entrance, overlooking garden and pool, and a wooded area. The Unit has two rooms which are partially separated by a beautiful stone wall. The rooms offer every comfort needed for a stay, whether it is a weekend or longer. The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen. Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood, boasting great restaurants, shops and lovely walks nearby, such as Rock Creek Park and the zoo.

Capitol Hill/Eastern Market Carriage House

Welcome to the Nation's Capitol! The Carriage House is part of a historic Capitol Hill property. It is a fully private studio (efficient “tiny home”), with separate entrance and contactless, keypad lock. The interior includes a queen bed, small table for two, and bathroom (no kitchen). Its location can't be beat with ample restaurants, transportation options, and places to explore! The Carriage House is a short 6-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station (orange, blue, and silver lines).

Cute English Basement Studio Unit with One Queen Bed. The unit has exclusive and direct access to 15th Street and is a completely separate unit of the townhome. Enjoy a quiet studio with features like a tempurpedic mattress and a comfortable rest in a in a beautiful neighborhood. The place is a block away from the restaurants, cafes, steps away from Dupont Circle and U Street and also a 8-minute walk to the metro and 5-minute walk to Trader Joe’s grocery. A bike share station is 50 ft away.
