Each apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette to prepare breakfasts and snacks. The two apartments share three areas: a fully equipped kitchen, the patio and the upper terrace. The main historical attractions of the first city of the New World are a five-minute walk from the house.
