Valdanos and olive trees are place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities, a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old town and nearby bays in a little boat and learn how beautiful it is to be nature’s friend.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The apartment is in a house, with a terrace, bathroom, AC and equipment kitchen (61 square meters / 656 square foot). You are isolated from the village inhabitants and you have your own utilities. The house is located near Budva (9km / 5,6 mi) and Kotor (19km / 11.8 mi).

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
