My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). В нашем мини-комплексе, который представляет собой частную усадьбу, большая закрытая зеленая территория, бассейн с детским отделением, благоустроенная зона барбекю, детская площадка, спортплощадка, тренажерный зал, детская игровая комната. Пологие пляжи, которых несколько в шаговой доступности, и инфраструктура (ресторан, кафе, магазин, автобусная остановка) на расстоянии 150-200м. Сказочные виды из окон, с балконов и территории на море и горы одновременно. Идеально для семейного отдыха.

Stunning views across Kotor bay

Beautifully positioned in an elevated location above the bay, we are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A small supermarket, the waters edge, several bars and restaurants are just minutes away or just relax on one of the sun loungers on your private terrace or around the pool. Kotor and Perast are only 10 minutes away by car. Boka Heights is a well maintained complex. The residence is ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.

By The Sea

The apartment is 200 meters from the Old Town, 10 meters from the beach. Near the apartment there is a shopping center. It is about 1 km away from the bus station, and from the Tivat airport 10-15 minutes drive. Near the apartment there is a bakery (2 minutes from the apartment), there is also a restaurant which is located by the sea where you can relax with our traditional food and glass of wine. The bathroom renovated in 2024 😊

Glavna autobuska stanica je na 15 min. hoda Apartm. ima prednju veliku terasu i balkon .na. zadnjoj strani apartmana sa lijepim pogledom na planine i na zaliv

Apartments Nancy- studio 3 near the old town

The apartment is situated in the quiet place of Golden Fields.It is located 200 m from public beach and 300 m from the Old Town of Kotor.It has a one bedroom and modern restroom.There is a beautiful backyard above the apartment with a full BBQ equipment. A restaurant and a shopping centre ,,Kamelija'' are both 250 m from the ''Apartment Nancy''.It has a private parking space .

Our place has a great view. It is close to the beach, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place because of the light and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
