The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. It is one of the houses in Cybele Holistic Space located between Fira and Oia and is situated just one minute walking distance from Pori beach, where you can easily enjoy a swim any time you want. It consists of two floors and from the upper floor you can literally enjoy the sunrise, if an early bird! The house has been renovated very recently, combining traditional cycladic architecture with our personal designs and love !

Dünyadan uzak, Derya’ya yakın köy evinden hallice içi dışı taş doğa ile iç içe, bahçesinde asırlık zeytin ağaçları olan bir yer. Büyük şehir, tatil köyü yada otel konforu arayanların mutlu olacağı bir yer değil daha çok kafa dinleme ve dinginlik isteyenlerin çok mutlu olacaklarına inanıyorum. Örümcek, karınca vs korkusu olanlarda gelmesin çünkü biz onların yerlerini işgal ettiklerimizi bilsin. Not: malum ülkemizin koşullarında artık kış sezonunda odunu malesef ücretili yaptık.

The house is located just 10m from the sea, at Stegna Beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

The house is very close to the airport and Fira, the capital. The Villa provides two bedrooms and a cozy loft.
