This home is a three story luxury home with three bedroom suites on the main floor including a gourmet size kitchen, living/dining area, infinity pool and sun decks. One bedroom suite is located on the third floor (wait until you see the view!), and one bedroom suite on the lower level with a private deck. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and Living room. High speed cable internet service in every room! Kitchen includes a full sized oven, gas cooktop, full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and a wine fridge. Huge 6 burner gas grill located on the back porch. Beach Chairs, Cooler, Umbrella, High chair, Fold out crib. Don't be surprised to see any number of Costa Rica's exotic wildlife living in the forest bordering the property or in our beautiful landscaped gardens (including fruit trees!).. Dominical is famous for some of the best and most consistent surf in the world. Suitable for all levels of proficiency. Plenty of waterfalls nearby including the famous Nauyaca Waterfall and Horseback tour. Enjoy whitewater rafting on the Savegre River or visit Cano Island for a scuba diving and snorkel adventure. We are also just a short boat ride away from Corcovado National Park and a short drive to Manuel Antonio National Park. The Quepos marina just north of the home is where some of best offshore fishing in the world can be found. Inshore fishing launches their boats just 3 km south of the house for a easy fun day at sea. Pick from any number of nearby beaches including Playa Dominical, Playa Dominicalito, Playa Uvita, and Marino Ballena National Park among many others all up and down the coastline. Our knowledgeable concierge service can help you book all of your local excursions, rental car, Airport shuttles and more to make your stay as seamless as possible. Private chef and maid service available upon request. You DO NOT need a 4 wheel drive to rent with us, we touch the highway and have a concrete driveway up to the house. Our guest cottage is directly on a secluded beach, just south of Dominical. A fully equipped kitchen, with 1 bedroom, and living room with a double sleeper/sofa. The sleep/sofa is OK for children but would not work for 2 adults. A covered balcony allows awesome views of the ocean, and wild life, as well as outside dining. A/C, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a list of amenities. This cottage shares the property with our main beach front home. Rent both and enjoy your private beach front resort.

Whales and dolphins will show off right in front certain months of the year. IMPORTANT: please consider the driving time from San José: 4 hours. For their safety, we ask our guests to arrive before sundown. the roads are in good state, but not well illuminated.
