Mesilla STR Permit #0830 We've renovated 90-year-old historic structures to create sustainable, environmental friendly spaces with rainwater harvesting, solar energy, electric solar-powered car charger. This renovated adobe casita is the 2nd structure after our main house. The 3rd is a smaller vacation rental called Yucca Casita. We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

Josefina's Queen Suite is located just off the Plaza in Historic Old Mesilla. Behind the thick adobe walls, you will find this tranquil retreat. Charmed by the ambiance of our historic Southwestern design and the Garden Greenhouse, our luxurious Queen Suite offers a cozy step back in time, weaving together old world charm and modern comforts like WIFI, mini fridge, Smart TV, AC, plush bathrobes and more. This unique place has an ambiance all its own. Located a few minute drive from historic old Mesilla and walking distance to a local coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, and a pizza restaurant. Mesilla plaza, and bars are only a few minutes drive away. The building has stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. Please note there is a train that occasionally travels near the neighborhood.
