This is a centrally located, remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, very convenient to HWY 70, a straight shot to White Sands National Park, and Main Street, easy access to Downtown Las Cruces, home to Las Cruces's Farmer's Market. This townhouse features a split and open floor plan, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooking. You will also find an office and outdoor seating area. The property is located very near the lovely 4-Hills Park.

Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb. Dog fee $10.00 which can be left on the table.

This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
