LOCATION The apartment is located in the middle of Vienna’s most popular design and fashion district. Nearby are the Museumsquartier, Hofburg, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Natural History Museum, the Ringstrasse with its historical buildings, Viennese coffee houses, bars and a multitude of shops. The city center is within walking distance (20 minutes) or accessible by subway in just a few minutes. • Centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna’s fashion, design and museums quarter • 5 minutes to the subway station: Volkstheater (U3, U2) • 2 stops from there to Stephansplatz, the city center • Ground Floor apartment • Orientated to a quiet inner courtyard APARTMENT The 40 sqm apartment for 2 persons has been newly redesigned and is both very quiet and bright. The apartment is non smoking only, but has a peaceful inner courtyard for sitting (and smoking) outside. I live and work in the same house. So if you have any questions, I am very close! The apartment is in the 7th District, Vienna’s popular design and fashion neighborhood. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Das helle, großzügige Apartment im 7. Stockwerk, bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 5 Gäste. Die gesamte Wohnung. Beim Checkin gebe ich gerne Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Wien. Während des Aufenthalts bin ich jederzeit erreichbar. Willkommen im historischen Kern von Wien! Stephansdom und Staatsoper liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe: der Donaukanal mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und einer Schiffsstation für Ausflüge nach Bratislava. Im Appartement liegt eine Infomappe bereit, in der Sie alle wichtigen Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel und weiteres finden. Wien ist eine tolle Stadt. Unser Apartement liegt im ältesten und schönsten Teil der Stadt. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Meine Unterkunft (ca 53 m2) befindet sich im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben dem wunderschönen Augarten-Park im 5. Stock mit Lift eines Wohnkomplexes, in ruhiger Lage. Riesenrad und Prater sind nicht weit, U-bahn U2 zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, aber verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Wenn du gern zu Fuss unterwegs bist, kannst du auch in 20 Minuten in den 1. Bezirk (Stephansdom) gehen. AB SOFORT EXTRA REINIGUNG
