Stay in a designer loft in a newly renovated historic landmark building ('Palais'), built in 1864. Located in the 2nd district, Leopoldstadt, on a famous boulevard, close to many hip restaurants around Donaukanal, Augarten Park and City Center with its famous St. Stephen's Cathedral in walkable distance. Subway access right in front of building. One of the best Viennese modern coffee shops is in the same building, offering pastry and sandwiches to the local crowd as well as its expat regulars.

Die Wohnung eignet sich bestens für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte, sie liegt ruhig im hinteren Bereich des Innenhofes des Gründerzeithauses in der Westbahnstrasse. Außergewöhnliches Wohnen für bis zu 2 Personen. Industrielles Flair von damals in Kombination mit modernem Interieur. Lichtkuppeln mit viel Licht von oben (abdunkelbar) und freie Sicht zum Himmel. Es ist offen, gemütlich und lichtdurchflutet - perfekt gelegen zwischen dem Stadtzentrum und Schloss Schönbrunn. Ideal um nach einem tollen Tag in der Stadt ruhige Abende zu genießen. Die Kombination aus Messing, Stahl und Holz wird durch grüne Pflanzen abgerundet. Vom Entwurf bis zur Umsetzung stammt das Interior zur Gänze aus unserer Wiener Handwerksmanufaktur, worauf wir sehr stolz sind.

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

It’s also very well connected to public transport.

kleines Haus + Terrasse 3 km vor Wien (15 min Zug)

Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
