It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

It has now undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to provide modern self-contained accommodation with plenty of character.
