Situated 10 kilometres from Donegal Town looking down onto Donegal Bay and across to Sligo. The area is ideal for walking, cycling or as a base to discover the numerous sites of outstanding beauty County Donegal has on offer as well as our County town 10 minutes away , or if you want to chill out and relax with the fire on that’s no bother

Harben Cottage in the green hills of Ardara

Harben Cottage is a 150 year old traditional stone cottage - 5mins drive from the Heritage Town of Ardara (20mins walk). Set amongst lush green hills & sitting next to a bubbling mountain stream. A mixture of new and old; low doorways, a turf fireplace, water supplied from a mountain spring, but also a gas cook top, oven, microwave, WIFI, & central heating. NB: that the toilet & shower are housed in outside annex - this may not suit everyone but adds a touch of authenticity for the brave!
