House is renovated with local craftmanship and old materials like stone, olive wood & stone sinks. It is made like our ancestors made their houses but with a luxury touch with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The house has a stylish private swimming pool, different terraces, and stone BBQ's. It is a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the Kotor Bay.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
