Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

'Burrabinda Breakaway' is a rustic self contained country cottage, positioned behind the main house on a ten acre property. This two storey cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and is located 8kms from Benalla CBD. It is a beautiful country property overlooking bushland on the Broken River. It is ideal for couples, singles or families looking to get away for a relaxing holiday. Whilst newly listed on Airbnb, Burrabinda Breakaway has been providing accommodation to customers since 2010.

'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Homewood Self Contained Apartment

Located close to the Goulburn River, the apartment is attached to the rear of our home. Offering off road parking under the carport We can cater for additional guests with a sofa bed in the lounge/dining area, also a single fold away bed on request. A portable cot is available. A basic continental breakfast is available with bread, juice, cereals & condiments. Tea & coffee are available, basic cooking facilities. private outdoor patio area.
