This furnished 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa comes with a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, three flat screen TVs, high speed WiFi, air conditioning units, linens, towels, new washer and dryer, beach towels, and 3 designated parking spaces. This gated community has tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, swimming pool, beach access, and 24 hour security. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, & pharmacies.
