A cosy mid-terraced fishermans cottage, now with a wood burner, located only 1 minute walking distance to the gorgeous Shandwick beach. Ideal for a peaceful seaside holiday retreat. Shandwick is one of three small coastal communities that along with Balintore and Hilton that make up the seaboard villages. Logs: we provide a bag of logs for each stay per week.If you require extra logs, I can provide contact details of logs providers locally. Well behaved (not too large) dogs also welcome.

Outside, there is seating & open views. Situated in an area of natural beauty you will find yourself surrounded by stunning scenery, mountains, forests & beaches all waiting to be explored.

Croft cottage, 334 Kinnauld, refurbished in 2021 is situated in the heart of the Highlands, a 5 minute drive from A9 and North Coast 500 route. 50 miles north of the Highland capital Inverness and a 15-minute drive to Dornoch. The perfect stop for those interested in walking, cycling or wildlife. This quiet and tranquil cottage is surrounded by magnificent scenery and wide-open spaces. In Sutherland you can enjoy fantastic beaches, distilleries, castles, golf courses, and much more.

Relaxing Farm Steading With Wood Burning Stove

'The Steading’ is a barn cabin on a working farm with wood burning stove set near the North Coast 500 route. Enjoy the peace of the Highlands while painting, writing, yoga, walking and cycling or simply relaxing in front of the fire with a cup of tea. NO SHOWER / NO HOT running water. Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. Sleeps 2 only from the same household, or families allowed please message before booking.

An ideal location, in one of the most scenic parts of the country, on the NC500 route. A short walk takes you into Brora which boasts a beautiful beach, lovely walks, Links golf course and a host of eateries and shops to enjoy. The Lookout is situated to make the most of the uninterrupted views towards the sea. There is a decked area and an enclosed private garden alongside for your sole use. A stone's skiff from the shore, and close to the NC500 route, Cabin by the Pier is a unique modern building in the mould of a traditional salmon fishing bothy, with panoramic views of the Moray Firth. For casual visitors, beachcombers, birdwatchers, stargazers, shore foragers, with the sea as it’s soundtrack, we welcome you to our cabin which offers modern comforts for two in a unique location - where you can get away from your everyday pressures.

It is perfectly situated as a pit-stop for the NC500 or as a base to enjoy the hills, glens and coastline.
