Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

You are surrounded by beautiful countryside and next to the cobbled ford that crosses the River Wriggle, with views across fields to the village.

The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

It has a kingsize bed, with a goose down duvet, proper shower/loo, fitted kitchen, & desk. Wifi & DAB radio. It's super warm, there’s a log-burning stove, a radiator & heated towel rail. This is a quiet spot with fields on 3 sides, a mile from Burton Bradstock, ideal for walking, cycling, relaxing and Hive Beach

The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
