High Country Homestead

Hello, my name is Noel Henry. I live in a nice home located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with great views! This listing is for a total of 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bath, it includes use to the kitchen and living areas as well as the outdoor amenities. I have built ourself an apartment in the basement which is where we reside and enter through a separate entrance. The rental is for the upper two levels of the home, which includes all the amenities. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGARETTE are ALLOWED OUTSIDE.

Sunrise Studio

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!
