Vintage Splendor Historic

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, Girls night outs, and furry friends - with a pet cleaning fee. Vintage Splendor is a beautiful, charming historic home with all today's amenities. We are located in the Village of Douglas and are on The Historic Home Walking Tour. This large home boasts 3 formal bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms and a den that serves as a 4th bedroom. This Victorian home sleeps 10 with 6 beds (Two King, Two Queen, & a pull out Trundle.

The Owl Cottage

The Owl cottage is a one bedroom/one bath cottage with one king and one queen bed in the bedroom. This is a private cottage and is next to (2) other vacation cottages. When renting our entire property we can host up to 18. Our property is on a well traveled street that leads directly to the Lake Michigan public beaches. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, downtown, parks and we have a coffee shop across the street! Option to add the other (2) cottages for additional guests.

Includes private area and parking space! Oval beach is only a 5 min drive. Pet friendly, just add your dog to reservation.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.

The Five Eleven is a recently remodeled modern cottage that is less than .75 miles to downtown Saugatuck or Douglas. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cottage has everything for your next getaway to Saugatuck. Enjoy the privacy of the spacious fenced in back yard or walk to town to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and parks located in Saugatuck/Douglas or stay in, relax in the 5 person hot tub and make dinner in the newly remodeled kitchen. The main bedroom has a king bed.
