Escape to our Hideaway on seven wooded acres, located on the beautiful north end of Lake Pend Oreille. The Hideaway is across the street from Oden Bay trailhead parking area with lake access. Downtown Sandpoint is a quick 7 minute drive for shopping, restaurants/breweries. Schweitzers Red Barn is 10 minutes The Hideaway is ideal for one couple or small family and also works for a group of four.Private entry and parking, private outdoor terrace(s) and seating. The cabins were moved here in the 1960s from the Farragut Naval Base, where they were company housing. Clean, lived in and comfortable. We are walking distance of a theatre, mall, grocery store and a short walk to the lake path that leads to town. 3 miles to the base of Schweitzer. There is a large un-fenced back yard. Our units are not suitable for children. There is a busy cafe, highway and railroad tracks. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing oasis, this is probably not a good fits
