Mid-Century Mod Treehouse near Zilker Park

My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby. My place is two blocks from a bus stop (on South Lamar that goes to Barton Springs, Bouldin Creek, downtown, etc.). 3 NIGHT MINIMUM OCTOBER 9–16 (during ACL Fest).

From wine & beer, coffee & tea, snacks, plenty of clean towels and fluffy bathrobes all included in your stay! As much as they need! We are pretty cool hosts. The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. Amenities include a large shower, bathroom, sink, 1 twin, 1 twundle twin, 1 pullout couch, microwave, and mini fridge. Equipped with CAT5 fiber internet & wi-fi. Pet friendly, many nearby hiking trails. Professionally cleaned every time. Community pool 0.6mi away. 5min to Alamo theater. ~15min to DT.

Craftsman Bungalow designed by local architects and renovated by local woodworkers with shiplap and long leaf pine walls, oak flooring, vaulted ceilings, concrete counters and a claw foot tub for unwinding. The house includes a mix of mid-century and custom furniture, a Marantz receiver for playing your music selection as well as high speed internet & cable and a back deck for relaxing. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars Less than a mile from UT and a mile and a half to downtown.

This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.
