This log structure used to be a tobacco drying barn inthat was then converted to a cabin residence and has recently been thoughtfully renovated

It has a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and is pet-friendly (no pet fee!), so you can enjoy it with the whole family. The cottage features ensuite bath, fully stocked kitchen, living/workspace with comfortable sleeper sofa, mature landscaping for privacy, and covered front porch. Hometract is a quiet 3-acre property with terraced garden views. Visit our chicken coop, relax in the hammock, or walk to the garden shop or Duner's restaurant.

The Gardener’s Cottage

The Gardener’s Cottage is a short drive away from I-64, UVA grounds, Scott Stadium, the downtown mall, and Wegmans. It is located in the Fry’s Springs Historic District. There are several restaurants on JPA within a reasonable walking distance. It is surrounded by flowers that attract hummingbirds, gold finches, and butterflies. The front porch has Adirondack chairs perfect for lazy evenings and morning coffee. The back yard has a small deck under oak trees and a patio next to a fern garden.

Tucked Away in Central C-ville.

Park your car and leave it there since this flat is a 5 minute walk to Uva, 10 minutes to the downtown mall and less to West Main. It offers a lot of privacy with the help of surrounding trees and a rear entrance (opposite our house). Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Completed in March 2022, the apartment includes high end finishes, tons of closet/storage space and no shortage of charm.
