Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. This 960 sq ft daylight suite blends spa-style relaxation with modern comfort: infrared sauna, soaking tub, cozy fireplace, plush robes, fast Wi-Fi, and workspace. Ideal for romantic getaways, remote work, adventurers, professionals, families with older children, and dogs. Booking guest must be 25+ and all guests must be registered before arrival. As a daylight suite in our home, guests should expect normal household sounds.

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

Central 2 Bedroom, Stocked Kitchen

2 bedroom (+sofa bed in living room) apartment. Fully stocked kitchen, TV & WiFi. Streetcar is 1 block, light rail 1/2 mile, walk score of 91, transit score of 98! Off street parking. Walk to everything, Swedish Hospital, Harborview, Seattle U, Capitol Hill and the International District are all walkable. Everything else is a trolley or bus ride away. Plus parking available for everything else. Easy self-check in.
