Did we mention that 10s of deers and baby deers just walk and run around the backyard!! Home is also equipped with 82" TV w/ Netflix as well as ergonomic standing desk w/ keyboard/monitor.

Monticello Cottage is situated on a hill, wide views, close to Dripping Springs, wineries, wedding venues, Blanco, Wimberley, Fredericksburg and Johnson City, Pedernales . The fresh air, comfortable beds, the coziness, the kitchen, the quiet, & night sounds, the fresh air and clear skies filled with stars at night. will delight you. Good for families, couples, great for brides and "pre-wedding weekends", artists and business travelers. EV charger available . Pet fee@ $60 per dog per stay

Light bright and airy soft contemporary hill country guest house. 1300 sq. ft. house with fully stocked kitchen. Full sized appliances, stainless refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, stove and oven, full sized washer and dryer. Huge trees and views with private patio for guests. Loft bedroom with king bed and Egyptian cotton sheets. We are across the street from Camp Lucy. Our home and guest house are set back off Creek Road, driveway is half mile long. We are gated as well.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Dripping Springs! Our home is located about 11 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and about 12 minutes from beautiful Hamilton Pool Preserve. We are a close distance to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. The back yard has an amazing view of the hill country! Gatherings for events are an option but pre approval is required.
