This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).
