A massive stone fireplace sets the tone for the tastefully decorated living area, featuring a separate dining area and a complete kitchen. A screen porch overlooks the beach. The log home includes WIFI, Sat. TV, 200 movies A/C, Circular Dwy NOTE: THIS HOME RENTS BY THE WEEK DURING THE SUMMER SEASON, Sunday to Sunday. Two-night minimum the remainder of the year.

Located on the shipping channel you will often see freighters traveling both ways while you sit at the shore. Situated on a quiet, dead-end road with very little traffic but with neighbours nearby.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Relax on the breezy front porch. Take a hike on a nature trail. Visit the marina. Walk to nearby restaurants including the Mainsail, the De Tour Village Inn, and the Shipwreck Grill. Or prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen. Take the ferry to Drummond Island. Check out the trail of Narnia in Cedarville - 10 miles. Take a day trip to Mackinac Island! Sorry no WIFI to keep costs low, but there are strong ATT and T-Mobile cell signals there.

Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.

Island View Cottage

This little cottage is your destination treasure. It is a cozy home situated on a quiet Lake Huron bay on the south side of the Drummond Island. It is just a short ten minute drive from the ferry and another ten minutes to the Four Corners area of the island. You have breathtaking views of Lake Huron, Bootjack Island and Espanore Island. And don’t be surprised by the number of freighters that you will see cruise by. There are beautiful water views from both inside and out.

The home is located on Drummond Island's popular Northwest shoreline, nestled in among the cedar trees in a peaceful, relaxing neighborhood that is still close to town. There is a dock for your boat and a fire pit located near the water's edge. Swimming is ideal off the dock (water shoes recommended).
