Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, 1/2 bath, and a washer and dryer. If you have a larger group the other unit is also an Airbnb, book both units and have enough room for 8!Enjoy a cozy living space, full kitchen, and convenient access to the interstate and restaurants. Just a short 10 minute drive to the Ark Encounter, making it a great place to stay while exploring the area. There are 2 smart TVs. There is no washer/dryer onsite.

It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Built in 1954, stylish Bluegrass Cottage has been recently renovated and modernized for your comfort and is located 7 minutes from the Ark, and 37 minutes from the Creation Museum!  Centrally located - 2 minutes away from Walmart and multiple restaurants, but still has plenty of privacy with a privacy fenced back yard, and your own propane fire pit! You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Take a leisurely walk and visit our friendly cows and goats. Conveniently located in Dry Ridge north of Williamstown, just 10 min off I-75 and 18 min from the Ark Encounter.

Enjoy this beautiful, peaceful dwelling with space for everyone. Sit on the covered porch taking in the hillside view or watch goats and sheep romp around the farm. You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.

This ranch style home has a no infant/toddler/children policy and there is no smoking/vaping anywhere on premises. It offers 2 bed & bathrooms, living & reading rooms, kitchen, dining room, front porch w/ swing & deck overlooking the yard. Glass doors open to the deck from the open floor plan. The master features a Tempurpedic queen, en suite with tub & shower. Bedroom 2 has an innerspring double/full bed & is beside a second bathroom with shower.
