Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

This luxury private suite comprises the two top floors of a bright and spacious Georgian house looking straight onto Dublin Bay. The front rooms overlook Sandymount Strand, made famous by James Joyce and Seamus Heaney. This unique one-bedroom house was once the gate lodge of the Vernon Estate, and it's in an amazing location, right on the promenade in prestigious Clontarf. Built in 1840, it is steeped in history and is a magical place to stay with a sun trap garden over looking the sea. This is a gem of a place and the perfect place to stay. Walk to the Wooden Bridge, Bull Wall, Dollymount Beach and St. Anne's Park. There is gorgeous restaurants / bars within walking distance. Please ask for more info!

We are a 20 min bus ride to the city centre. 10 min walk to the Aviva stadium. Train station close by! The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are steps up to it and no lift.

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus.
