Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. Cozy, quiet, and convenient. Beautiful Apartment with a view of an old church ruin from c1610 that Dracula author Bram Stoker was baptized in, and just beside a 12th century castle. Cottage on Bull Island in Dublin Bay. Cottage surrounded by sea with amazing views of Dublin Bay. 10 mins drive to city centre. Golf course next door literally. A city break for nature lovers.
