Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! We love to share this very special location with anyone that enjoys something out of the ordinary!

Accommodating up to 3 guests. It comprises of a single loft mezzanine bedroom which is accessed by a ladder type stairs. Access to the loft bedroom is through the main bedroom downstairs. The separate kitchen/sitting area overlooks the lakes and wicklow mountains in a tranquil environment.

No Kitchen, Your own private Top Floor bedroom and bathroom with large electric shower. No shared space, all private for your own use, your own secure door. 5ft wide bed. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.
