Parking is secure in house garden, with transmmiter for main door. Beaches is only 100 meters from apartment, rent a boat, jet ski, rent a motor boat, kayak or daily cruising with boat with incorporated lunch on the boat and unlimited drink. From balcony there is a nice view, you can see sea and boats. There are 4 nice restaurants, beach bar, coffee bar, bakery and post office, everything is very close apartment. Two km from apartment there is Radison Blue Resort where you can enjoy in welness.

Nestled in a small cove on Dubrovnik's scenic inlet, Villa Casia is a prefect vacation destination only 5 km from Old Town.
