Villa Vega, beautiful three bedroom villa has a private outdoor swimming pool and furnished terrace overlooking Adriatic Sea which provides breathtaking view of historical Dubrovnik. Guests can relax in the garden, furnished with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area under the pergola. Sun loungers are provided. Laundry facilities comprise a washing machine and a dryer.

Vila M is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with oldest cornerstone. In early 60’s well known artist Milovan Stanić created entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces. The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.

We would describe the area as " spectacular rustic". Part of the property comprises an old family chapel, which is now used as a dining room with an amazing atmosphere. Outside there is a Renaissance style restored garden with its own natural well.
