The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We welcome you to this spacious main floor two bedroom condo. Exquisite kitchen that is a must see for any cooks in your party. The living room is great for playing games and kicking back with a relaxing feel. The bedrooms have all the comforts of home which are on opposite sides of the place for privacy. The bathroom is stunning with a rainfall shower head. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

The Cabin, located on a private lane, is a cozy and roomy getaway nestled in the woods overlooking the Mighty Mississippi River. It offers a peaceful respite with a kitchenette, large fireplace, and a riverside deck. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and two twins in the great room. Enjoy hiking, playing board games, cooking, grilling out, or a just lazy night of TV and popcorn by the fire.
