The Old Apothecary-Character one bedroom apartment

The 'Old Apothecary' is a grade II listed ground floor apartment located in Church Square, Melbourne. It has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in October 2022. Located in the curtilage of Melbourne Hall, just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Melbourne (a beautiful Georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops). The apartment is divided into a living room, kitchen, shower room and cosy bedroom which sleeps 2 people in a double bed.

Joseph's Lodge is a cosy holiday annex, located in the garden of our beautiful Grade II listed cottage on one of Belper's most historic streets. Perfect for 1 - 2 people, the space features a comfortable double bed, full bathroom with roll top bath, a seating nook with Netflix on the TV & a well equipped kitchenette. The property is approx. 7 minutes walk from the high street, train station, local amenities & pubs, with Belper River Gardens & local walks 7 minutes in the other direction.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Fabulous Grade 2 Listed Cottage

This unique grade 2 listed cottage was built in circa 1790. It was originally one of 5 cottages for workers of the cotton mill next door whose chimney is still standing (almost in the back garden!). This is said to be part of the oldest sloping roofed terrace left in the world. The property still has some original features including the red and black tiled floor in the living room and original stone fireplaces. The cottage has been lovingly restored and has all the comforts you need.

This charming, 1 bedroomed Grade II listed stone cottage was built around 1815 by the owner of the local mills to house his workers. Duffield home in beautiful setting

You’ll love my place because it’s 5 mins walk to the centre of Duffield with its pubs & shops & 10 min train or bus into Derby or Matlock. A 30 min drive to Ashbourne & Wirksworth. The house is being renovated so is a little hectic but these rooms are in a separate annex & although not perfect are comfy. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families &pets. We have a dog, cat & children & welcome those with or without.
