Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The house is located on a plot of 4000 m2, it stretches down to the sea (beach) distance of 40 meters, with paved driveway to the pier or beach.The whole plot offers exceptional peace and robinson type of tourism, but at the same time distance from the center of Trogir is 6km.Possibility of using two free sups and kayak for rental.The house is solar powered with big terrace, amazing view, option of bonding the ship of max 15 meters(rental or yours).Welcome gift olive oil and wine.See you!

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
