Welcome to my home! I am offering the main floor of my home, which comprises of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen, surrounded by a pretty garden in downtown Falmouth.Close to fabulous beaches, Main Street with its fabulous shops and fine dining.The shining sea bike path, and of course Woods Hole. Pets negotiable……beach towels included! Please note that I stay in the basement whilst the main floor is being rented. Occasionally I may have another renter who lives in the basement also.

Guests walk/bike to 3 private beaches, 3 clay tennis courts, kayaks, an outdoor shower & yard games. Our Yacht Club offers group & private tennis lessons, junior sailing programs, and multiple family events (BBQs, dinner dances, game & movie nights, etc.). Guests pay a nominal Club fee based on length of stay and total people in season. Please ask for details.

No car needed. ***IMPORTANT***the price listed is for the main double guest room that has one queen-sized bed. There is an additional charge for the second, single room ($75). To book two separate beds you must specify 3 people in your party.

The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Please note that our family of 5 lives upstairs so there is potential for noise.

The weekly farmers market is 1/2 mile down the road, the Village of West Tisbury is within a mile. The room sleeps two in get comfort.
