We were able to preserve selective original elements of the home, maintaining a character of contemporary aesthetic. The design honors the grit of the abandoned site while elevating it into a sophisticated, functional place. It’s a space where the echoes of the past meet the durability of the present, resulting in a home that feels both ruggedly permanent and exceptionally cozy.
