You may wish to use nearby eateries or make yourself something in the kitchenette (small airfryer, microwave, fridge, hotplate, kettle and toaster provided) we welcome those who wish for a place to stay. A double bed and en suite shower awaits in fresh comfortable surroundings. Open to all but please be aware of access arrangements to the property -access up a lane. Free on street parking is available nearby (100m approx)

The studio flat is a cosy, fully equipped ground floor flat in the heart of the picturesque town of Melrose. Completely refurbished this year, it has been upgraded to a high standard ready for guests to enjoy. It has a bathroom with a standup shower, king size bed and an open plan seating area/kitchen. Equipped with Wifi, a wireless phone charger and a Smart TV, the flat is a perfect spot to enjoy Melrose even on a rainy day. We are also dog friendly, so enjoy the hills with your fur pals!

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor up a spiral staircase and through the blue glazed door. The apartment shares its main entrance with the flat across the hall (13C) and is all yours for the duration of your stay. Dumfries is a busy market town in the South West of Scotland surrounded by beautiful countryside with many castles and beaches. Built in 2000, the Annexe is a modern attachment to the owner’s home. Designed with privacy in mind, it is situated above the property’s double garage and is accessed by a private external stairway. In an elevated position with panoramic views over adjoining farmlands to Kirkcudbright Bay and the Solway Firth, the Annexe is a self-contained wing of the owner's recently built home. It is delightfully light and comfortable, everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday.
