Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. We are close to the Botanic Gardens and a short drive to the beautiful Phoenix Park, home to Dublin Zoo and roaming deer. It is a stylish Victorian house, in a quiet area, a 15 minute walk to cosmopolitan Rathmines, and only a short 20 minute bus ride into the City Centre, a five minute walk to the village of Terenure which has many excellent eateries. You can a express bus from the airport directly into the city centre for 6 euro single or 8 euros return.The number 16 bus from the airport stops 2 minutes away from our home but please note this is a very circuitous bus ride and can take up to an hour and a half.
